    Story:

    January 1943 - The war in Africa is finally coming to an end. The Allied intelligence has discovered
    a group of Axis engineers planning a new super plane in Capuzzo Airport. Allies are attempting to
    break into the airport, steal the blueprints and escape with a Supermarine Seafire.

    Objectives:

    Allies:
    1] Escort the Tank past the Tank Tarrier #1
    2] Escort the Tank past the Tank Tarrier #2
    3] Construct the Command Post after the tank has passed a certain spot to gain a spawnpoint at the command post
    4] Destroy the Command House wall, the Fw-190 and the Bf-109 with the tank
    5] Send a message (takes 15 seconds) for the pilot to land in
    6] Steal the blueprints and secure them into the Seafire, which has to be repaired in order to be able to secure

    Axis:
    1] Prevent the Tank from passing the Tank Tarrier #1
    2] Prevent the Tank from passing the Tank Tarrier #2
    3] Construct the Command Post to prevent Allies from spawning in there after they have passed a certain spot
    4] Stop the Allied tank from breaking into the Command House and from destroying the planes in the airport.
    5] Prevent the Allies from sending a signal for their pilot
    6] Prevent the Allies from stealing the blueprints and escaping with them


    Recommendations:

    Use b_moverscale 1 (default value) or otherwise the plane sounds will not work correctly.
    The tank moves a bit faster than normally, so there is no reason to use higher values anyway.

    For german servers:

    According to research we and many others did, the signs on the planes can be shown on german servers.

    Axis Scientists have been working on a Teleporter Device inside the Castle of Eltz. 
    This Teleporter is powered by rare pieces of crystals...
    Allied Forces must Infiltrate the Castle and steal these crystals. 
    The crystals must be delivered at the Zeppelin

    Axis Objectives:
    The Tunnel Grate: Defend the Tunnel Entrance, once destroyed, The allied forces can enter the Tunnels.
    The CommandPost:  Building the command post will give the Allies a new spawn point.
    The Generator:      Do not let the allied forces destroy The Generator.
    The Crystals:      Defend our Teleporter.Do not let the Allies steal the Crystals.
    The Zeppelin:      Stop the allies from taking the Crystals to the Zeppelin.

    A large, mysterious, and over-armed allied outpost has been spoted in North Africa. Rumors says there's something here Allies want to keep at any cost ... unfortunately for them, Axis forces are very interested in mysterious priceless things. However the panzer division sent to assault got caught in a sand storm just before the attack, sparing a single, supplyless Jagdpanther. No way back ...

    ALLIES
    The Axis have set up a secret base in an old village at the coast of the North Sea. Allies try to infiltrate it and get hold of Secret Documents the Axis store nearby. coast fix  On the first Allied Spawn, the Allies can just turn right and swim to the boat where you need to bring the objective to. A bit of Doublejump, and you can jump your way into the base, steal the objective and get it to the boat before the tank has actually been moved.
    I personally hate map rushing, walljump etc, so I made a little ETpro-script for our server and clipped that path. The clip is removed when the tankgate falls.

    The Germans have been looting the French since they occupied it.  Recently a large number of paintings were stolen and taken to a location along the French border.  These paintings are more valuable than gold, this is not something the Allies want in the hands of the Nazis.  An Allied strike team is going to raid the location were the paintings are being kept, they will try to secure a manifest of all the stolen paintings and some paintings themselves

    Scenario    The Cluedo boardgame.  This map is just for laughs and should last about 10 mins before one team wins.
    Victory    Secure 4 flags of the possible 7.  A flag is secured when it is held for a total of 90 seconds.

    Set in the country manor of the board game Cluedo (Clue in the U.S.), there is no real scenario - this is played just for laughs as a break between "proper" maps.  Each game lasts about 10 minutes. 
    Axis spawn in the Ballroom (centre top of the map) and Allies in the Hall (centre bottom).
    A flag then randomly spawns in one of the seven other rooms.  The upper edge of the room's walls glow white when the flag is active inside.
    The flag can be captured by either team, giving the white glow an inner blue (allies) or red (axis) core to show the current possessor.  When the flag is held for a total of 90 seconds by a team it is secured and removed from the map.  The white glow is removed and the inner core remains to show that the room has been fought over and which team secured it.
    This process is repeated until one team has secured four flags and is victorious.
    Players can move freely between the rooms and enter the cellar.  The doors are glass lined so that players are aware of anyone camping the other side, which is legitimate and likely to be the case.
    Each room can be entered or exited through its windows, and the four corner rooms have secret passages which link them. Players can also move around and over the building.
    Each of the seven flag rooms has a trap which is activated by the lever in the corridor outside the room. Once a trap is activated it cannot be re-used for 30 seconds.
    The traps make the interior of the room uncomfortable or downright dangerous for its occupants, which helps to shift players camping the flag. The player activating a trap is teleported to a location outside the room, so he can witness the carnage he has caused.
    To make things even more lively, the players will find there are all sorts of places that engineers can plant mines to surprise the unwary...
    The action is fast and frantic, with low respawn times to ensure all the players stay in the thick of it.
    Recommended for teams of between 2 and 12 per team.

    Ideas, feedback, bug reporting and objective layout by BT|Svarvsven 
    A tournament edition of this map will soon be available. It comprizes all the citadel 
    objective edition features in adddition to changes requested by BT Clan players, 
    such as moving the command post, no forward spawn for allies, spawn times of 30 seconds 
    and a few litle tweaks. This version was named Svarvadel, in reference to Svarvsven 
    who requested it.
     
    About the Map:
    ---------------
    The Citadel - Objective Edition map is a remake of the citadel map). Citadel 
    was based on the RTCW CP game type, where the winner team was the first to 
    capture the 5 flags on a map. Unfortuntately, the map layout wasn't really 
    appropriate to this and the 5 flags were sometimes all switched together simultaneously
    by 1 team, leading to victory but also total confusion. This game type would have been 
    far more appropriate on a linear map in the style of the RTCW mp_destruction map.
    In this version of the map, the overall structure hasn't changed. On the other hand, 
    all flags have been removed and there's now objectives. Allies and axis still spawn 
    in the same places but there now is a forward spawn that allies gain after completing 
    one of the objectives. In a first part of the map, they have to rob an ammo crate from 
    a building and take it to the gun. They can then activate the lever below the gun to 
    fire it & break the citadel ammo building. Once the gun is fired, a big gun shot will 
    be heard and the citadel ammo building wall will be ripped open, giving direct access 
    to the ammo crates, which is the final objective.

    use the non-pk3 version (caen_fixes.zip). If you want some visual/acoustic improvements, use the pk3.
