    Install summary:
    The basic idea here is..
    1) Copy the etpub directory and rename it, making a new server directory
    2) Replace the etpub client .pk3 with the elitemod client .pk3
    3) Replace the etpub qagame .dll with the elitemod qagame .dll
    4) Add the "elitemod_default_uni.pk3" (or what ever pack you want)
    5) Update your server.cfg files with the new cvars below or use the included server.cfg file

    ET:Legacy 2.75 released!
    Long overdue, but it is finally here! Nearly one year ago, we released version 2.74, which has since been downloaded more than 50 thousands times. Today, we are pleased to announce the release of ET: Legacy 2.75.
    As the game has been in a stable state since quite some time, we had the possibility to specifically focus on polishing the game feature-wise as well as improving the general player experience. Both the game engine and Legacy mod came to the table and received innumerable bug fixes and further code clean-up, making this new version the biggest we have ever released.
    The changelog is long and ranges from rather simple UI changes like the 'landmine spotted' spamming to more serious back-end updates. Key updates worth mentioning are the additional OpenAL sound backend that will surely rejoice 7.1 surround system owners, as well as the new openGL 3 renderer. While now available for general public testing, this new renderer remains for now in an ‘experimental’ state and will be improved gradually over the following months. Other notable changes include a working multi view feature and the re-activation of the gamepad device code.
    The implementation of a skill rating system definitely reached a milestone, and the addition of a SQL backend will allow flexible and powerful control with a complete Lua administration suite that will be delivered to you soon. Both of these features will be introduced in more details in the coming days. So make sure to keep an eye out for this project!
    We are confident to say that ET: Legacy is the most advanced, stable and optimized ET version ever created and we will continue to work to live up to that statement. Future features and updates are already in the pipeline and are being worked on. The work on getting ET: Legacy away from the licensed assets took a big leap forwards as well a few weeks ago. We are definitely on the right track!

    1. Unzip the file on your local PC.
    2. Upload all the contens of silent folder to your server FTP next to etmain folder.
    3. Go to the game server control panel and change the fs_game setting to silent. Change the executed config to silent.cfg.
    VPS and Dedicated Server with Shell Access

    1. Backup old etmain and silent folders if you have them but do not delete the etmain folder.
    2. Upload the silent.zip found from inside the silent-0.x.x.zip to the root of the ET installation. Next to etded.
    3. Unzip the silent.zip.
    4a. Start your Windows server with command line "etded +set dedicated 2 +set fs_game silent +exec silent.cfg".

    * In linux, the fs_homepath is by default a hidden folder at the user home directory. If this path is not set to the server installation,

    * Often the default com_hunkMegs setting (56) is not enough for a customized server. Increase this value to avoid problems.
    After your server is running

    Add your rcon password to the command line like this "+set rconpassword <your password>",
    or change the name of the silent.cfg in etmain folder to something unguessable and edit
    your rcon password there.

    This is the final release of PAV's superb "American Civil War" modification. There have been many excellent mods created over the years by our Wolfenstein Community, especially for "Return to Castle Wolfenstein SP". However, this "Wolfenstein EnemyTerritory" mod truly is something very special indeed.
    The new weapons, animations, models and environments are exceptional, as is the excellent western music incorporated into the gameplay. This isn't just a new game modification, it's a Wolfenstein work of art. To make things even more incredible, all of this is the work of just one man, not a devteam. Download it and enjoy it, folks, you won't be disappointed.
    Create a new folder and give it a name, e.g. American Civil War. Then, unzip the contents of your download to this folder. All the files are there, ready to play the game.
    Yoiu want to play American Civil War Mod in 1080 resolution? Edit your etcfg and replace what is there with these settings.

    ETJump is a trickjump modification for Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. It is based on etmain and includes bugfixes and lot's of features to give you the perfect trickjumping experience.

      Increased progression tracker limit from 10 to 50.
        K43 and Garand no longer have any spread.
        Added spawnflag 8 to target_startTimer to reset the runtimer if pmove is not fixed
        Added spawnflag 16 to target_startTimer to disable use of save slots and backups

            Both portal gun fire rates are now equal.
            Lowered the minimum allowed distance between the portal gun portals.

            ob_load <optional name> to load the saved position to be displayed.
            ob_reset to remove the displayed position. (Nothing will be displayed)
        HUD/UI clean up (replaced some drawchars on proper text drawing method)
        Value 9 for etj_drawSpeed2 now displays only tens in speedometer (ignores hundreds & thousands)
        Added 'etj_drawMaxSpeed' variable and etj_maxSpeedX/Y/Duration to display max speed from previous load session

        Fixed: team tripmine counter was not adjusted if a player disconnected/changed team and n_tripmineTimeout was enabled
        Once a tripmine is placed, player will automatically switch to pliers to arm it

    NxAC is N!tmod's built-in AntiCheat.

    2) Copy cvarlist.cfg and checksums.cfg files in the "NxAC" folder that was automatically created inside your server's "nitmod" folder.
    3) Set "n_NxAC_CheckClientBinary" cvar to 1, to enable NxAC Client SHA1 Checksum verification.
    4) Set "n_NxAC_CvarScan" cvar to 1, to enable NxAC Cvar Scanner.
    5) Restart your server.

    etpub Server Installation
    -------------------------
    etpub is a server side only modification. This means that it only is
    installed on servers and clients do not need to download any files to
    play on etpub servers.
    To install etpub on your server, you only need to ensure that the
    Enemy Territory binary loads the qagame shared library instead of
    the default one when it is started. Below we'll describe how to
    install etpub for the supported platforms.
    Configuration and detailed setup instructions are not covered in this
    document. See the directory docs/Example of the etpub distribution for
    example configuration files and visit http://etpub.org/ for more
    detailed instructions.

    Important
    ---------
    We highly recommended that you are using the latest
    Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory release, currently version 2.60b,
    to set up or running a public etpub dedicated server!

    Linux
    -----
    1) Create a directory named 'etpub' next to the 'etmain' directory in either
       the Enemy Territory installation directory or the ~/.etwolf/ directory of
       the user that runs etded.x86. By default the game installation directory
       is located at /usr/local/games/enemy-territory/.
    2) Copy the linux/qagame.mp.i386.so file from the etpub distribution to
       the 'etpub' directory created in step one.
    3) If you have decided to use the etpub distribution with Lua API support
       you will need the liblua5.1.so file located in the Enemy Territory
       installation directory where etded.x86 or et.x86 is located.
       Important: Currently etpub's qagame supports Lua 5.1.4.
       3.1) Download the LuaBinaries for Linux from
            http://luabinaries.luaforge.net/download.html (in most cases
            lua5_1_4_Linux26g4_lib.tar.gz).
       3.2) Unzip the downloaded archive and copy the liblua5.1.so file to your
            Enemy Territory installation directory, beside etded.x86 or et.x86.
       3.3) Make sure to have the correct permissions set to liblua5.1.so
            (chmod a=r,u+w liblua5.1.so).
       Hint: If you haven't access to the Enemy Territory installation
             directory, e.g. a rented server, you have to ask your admin
             to copy the necessary files for you.
    4) To use the country flags feature, you will need the GeoIP.dat database file
       located in the 'etpub' directory from step one.
       4.1) Download the compressed GeoIP database file GeoIP.dat.gz from
            http://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCountry/.
       4.2) Decompress it and copy it into the 'etpub' directory from step one.
    5) Ensure that etded or et is called with the additional command line
       arguments '+set fs_game etpub' (in addition to the ones you already use!).

    Windows
    -------
